It was like a battle, the adversary showed up but in Jesus we put our trust and he did not fail. He said it and it came to pass.
Last Sunday was like in the book of Psalms 118:24 saying this is the day the Lord has made that we will rejoice and be glad in it. Honestly that was our experience and testimony. It was not a nominal service as papa Victor would always say.
Within the three days publicity that was made on the various social media platforms, the turnout was 165 people (One hundred and sixty five) yet people were still standing. It wasn't a wedding ceremony neither was it the inauguration of the church but people from all walks of life came. The city of Owerri felt God's presence. There was joy, happiness, laughter, testimonies and the word, it came to a point that the members wouldn't want to go back to their houses. Have you experienced such before? What a Holy Ghost service birthed in the place of prayers.
Moreover, we have been on 100 days fasting and Prayer with the theme "OH LORD SHOW ME YOUR GLORY" Which we concluded the first phase in 21 days which ushered us into the first Sunday in the church. Prayer, is the only way to access door and gates of cities. Don't be deceived. Jesus was Glorified and is still been glorified.
THE SERVICE.
The service started with a brief but spiritually precised opening prayer by our mother-in-Israel Pastor(Mrs) Ogechi Victor which ushered in the mighty presence of yeshua amashia. After the prayers was Praises and worship by Evang. Chioma Anuri and Evang. Victor praise. It was a high praise as people danced more than David in the Bible irrespective of what they were wearing.

After the Praise and worship session, it was time for testimonies as Evang. Samuel Isaac coordinated it. The congregation raised their voices as we sang the Hymns to the glory of God.
Our father Apostle Victor Ekeoma rained prayers and shared the word of God. His message was titled "First Commandment" anchor text from Mark 12:30. It was a very corrosive service. Papa after preaching, welcomed the visiting minister in the person of Pastor Young to minister. It was graced.
